Through a special arrangement with z/Journal, H&W has released its report containing the analysis of the 2010 z/Journal CICS survey. This survey received responses from more than 200 IT professionals with IT architecture responsibility.
H&W releases JES2Web 1.3
H&W has released JES2Web 1.3, which allows users to receive JES2 output from the mainframe in PDF or text format, e-mail the JES2 output, and manage and reuse the mainframe data on a PC.
JES2Web allows organizations to choose the delivery method that works for them. Technical staff can schedule selected JES2 reports to be automatically created and e-mailed directly to chosen recipients. Or, technical and nontechnical users can create custom reports from certain jobs or job elements, choose a format, and e-mail the reports to selected recipients using the browser-based interface.

H&W is offering Day One support for its software to run under IBM's new 1.11 version of z/OS. The company is providing this support to assure customers that, whenever they upgrade to z/OS 1.11, H&W's software will be ready.
