H&W has announced the results from its 2007 survey of customers, and the results reveal that customers responded very positively regarding product quality, support, and trust for H&W as a vendor. Read the survey news release now.
H&W Web site and documentation collateral win awards
The Society for Technical Communication (STC) recently recognized H&W's documentation and marketing teams for the high caliber of their work. The H&W teams received an Award of Merit for the company Web site and an Award of Merit for Providing Web access in a hurry, a case study about the company's WebTek product. The STC is an international organization devoted to promoting excellence in all forms of technical communication.
H&W list of professional certifications expands
The professionals at H&W team continue to expand their knowledge, skills, and experiences. Members of H&W's technical team hold certifications in IBM Certified Solutions (CICS Web Enablement), Java programming, WebSphere administration, project management, software quality testing, and Adobe Acrobat.
H&W and SISQA
H&W is a member of the Southern Idaho Society for Quality Assurance (SISQA) and often hosts SISQA meetings. SISQA provides guest speakers on quality-related topics. In 2007, SISQA will continue to provide training for the following certification:
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)
