Nancy Edwards serves as the Chief Executive Officer of H&W Computer Systems, bringing over a decade of experience with the company and a career grounded in accounting and operational leadership. Her deep understanding of H&W customers informs her strategic vision and hands-on approach to leadership.
Nancy started at H&W in the accounting department in 2010 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2018, where she played a key role in streamlining internal processes and fostering a culture of collaboration. In 2023, she was named CEO, where she now guides company strategy, champions team growth, and ensures H&W continues to deliver exceptional service to enterprise customers.
A proud graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy, Nancy pairs her professional expertise with a genuine passion for people. She is known for her approachable leadership style and commitment to integrity, both in the office and beyond. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dan Penney is the Manager of Sales and Marketing at H&W Computer Systems. With over 15 years of experience in the software sales industry and a decade specializing in mainframe rehosting, Dan has developed a robust expertise in enterprise sales and marketing to Fortune 500 companies.
Starting his career at a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Dan quickly found his niche in the mainframe field, where he has been instrumental in driving sales and marketing strategies. His approach to client relationships is guided by the principle of treating clients as he would want to be treated, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
One of the aspects Dan enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to connect with people from around the globe, all working on similar challenges and solutions. His goal is to build lifelong friendships with the individuals he meets in his professional journey.

Eric Letourneau is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, including more than two decades of deep specialization on the IBM mainframe platform. Throughout his career, he has held key roles as both a systems programmer and IT manager, contributing to the success of large-scale computer centers and enterprise IT organizations.
With broad expertise spanning all major functions of IT operations, Eric excels in both designing technical architectures and leading the deployment of complex IT solutions. He has guided organizations in selecting the most effective technology strategies, and has successfully managed technical projects that align innovation with business goals.
A firm believer in structured yet adaptable processes, Eric is proficient in a variety of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, ZACHMAN, TOGAF, and LEAN. His approach combines technical rigor with strategic vision, always with the aim of delivering long-term value to clients and stakeholders.
