Nancy Edwards, CEO
As CEO, Nancy sets H&W's strategic direction, oversees business planning, and is responsible for setting long-term and short-term goals. She guides H&W in executing current initiatives and pursuing new product opportunities. Her vision is always to deliver ever-greater value to customers and the market through the company's software and service.
Nancy became CEO in 2023. Previously, she served as Director of Operations, and she began her career with H&W in 2010 as part of the accounting team. Prior experience includes owning her own business for twelve years, as well as additional accounting positions in multiple small businesses.
Nancy graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accountancy.
